Hej, welcome to Paulina’s fika, and I am happy you are here!

Paulina’s fika is a Swedish micro bakery operating from my kitchen in Burnaby, BC. I bake a variety of traditional Swedish buns made with high-quality ingredients.

This is still very much a work in progress and I am still trying to find out the best way of running this little business, so please bear with me!

For now, Sundays will be the pick up day for baked goods. Mondays I will post what will be available the coming Sunday (on the orders page), if I am indeed making something that week.
